CANCELLATION POLICY:

Since seats for our very popular fishing excursions are limited, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for all reservations of 3 persons or less; A 72-hour cancellation policy for all reservations of 4 or more persons; Private charters have a full 7-day cancellation policy. The incurred expense to the customer will be 100% if cancelled within these time frames. If you have weather concerns, please cancel your trip within these time frames. Our staff knows what weather conditions are appropriate to fish in, keep in mind our weather forecast changes daily, there is a lot of inaccuracy in long range forecasts. If we cancel a trip due to weather, maintenance or other unforeseen matters, you will be refunded 100%. Or, you may reschedule your trip, it is your option. Please note that we do not have a no fish no pay policy. Our catch is outstanding year-round! Thank you.

GRATUITY:

Please note that gratuity is NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. As we are in the service industry, standard onboard gratuity is at minimum 20%.Private charters have a mandatory 20% gratuity, please add it to your credit card or give it to your crew at the end of your trip. All tips are split between the Captain and the Mate. Please keep in mind that a lot goes into making your trip happen. Our exceptional staff go out of their way to enhance your trip. Please keep in mind that our staff is onsite hours before your departure time preparing the boat, handling bait and rigging rods and reels. They are also the ones who fillet your fish at the end of your excursion. These extra efforts should not go unrecognized. PLEASE TIP THE CREW APPROPRIATELY, this is how they make their living.
